Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver lessons aligned to PTE task requirements and learner goals
  • Provide clear lesson structure: objectives → practice → feedback → action steps
  • Assign independent practice and review performance (where relevant)

  • Maintain an accurate profile and monthly availability schedule

Requirements

  • Proven experience teaching PTE Academic (minimum 6–12 months preferred)
  • Strong understanding of PTE task strategies and scoring logic
  • Clear communication skills, confident classroom delivery, and strong student management
  • Ability to provide detailed feedback on content, grammar, pronunciation, and fluency
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and a commitment to student outcomes
  • Comfortable using online teaching tools (Zoom/Google Classroom/LMS platforms)

Preferred

  • High personal PTE score or strong evidence of PTE expertise
  • Experience using AI-scoring platforms or data-driven teaching methods
  • Ability to create learning content (question sets, lesson slides, mock tests)
  • Teaching qualifications (TESOL/CELTA/TEFL) or relevant education background
  • Experience coaching students to higher targets 

Who We’re Recruiting

We are recruiting trainers who can demonstrate at least one of the following:

  • Strong experience delivering PTE Academic preparation (any format)
  • Proven ability to improve learner performance through structured teaching and feedback
  • Confidence teaching across specific score bands (e.g., 43–58, 59–66, 67–78, 79+) and/or specific skills (Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading)

Ideal trainer profile (recommended):

  • Consistent lesson planning and time management
  • Clear feedback frameworks (task strategy + language accuracy + progress plan)
  • Comfortable guiding learners with performance data (mock test review, skill breakdown)

As a listed trainer, you may receive requests for:

  • 1:1 coaching: personalised study plan, targeted skill improvement, weekly tracking
  • Small group classes: structured curriculum delivery (e.g., 4–8 learners)
  • Short intensive programs: skill bootcamps, mock test clinics, speaking/listening sprints
  • Partner delivery: centre/school classes aligned with timetable and assessment calendar
